  • Customers must confirm pricing before services are provided. Please note that prices vary based on hair length, thickness, and service duration; confirmation is required prior to all services. All sales are final—no refunds. Any concerns can be addressed within 48 hours.

 

5. Message Frequency

  • You will receive up to 5 to 10 messages per month.

  • You may receive a subsequent message confirming your opt-out request.

 

7. Refunds and Cancellations

  • No refunds will be issued for completed services.

  • Refunds for prepaid services are subject to our cancellation policy.
